The math, spelled out
Every line of the projection uses one formula — the same one our paying members work from:
- Per-unit profit = MSRP − your unit cost at the selected plan tier − $2.00 fulfillment per item − payment processing (3.45% of MSRP + $0.25 per order).
- Monthly profit per product = per-unit profit × your monthly units for that product.
- Net monthly total = sum of all product lines − your monthly membership, deducted once (not per product).
- 12-month projection = net monthly total × 12, at constant volume — we assume zero growth rather than promise you a curve.
Products marked Scale Exclusive are only available on the Scale plan; on lower tiers the tool tells you so and leaves them out of the total instead of pretending. Shipping is paid by your customer at carrier rates, so it is not a margin line.
